This page contains Lotus Looms terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any Lotus Loom product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and the information below.
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- Please note that local charges may occur.
Personal Information
All personal information you provide Lotus Looms will be handled by Lotus Looms as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and to provide offers. The information you provide is only available to Lotus Looms and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you.
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Payment
All products remain property of Lotus Looms until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card card information is handled over SSL encryption. Lotus Looms holds the right to take legal action for non payment customers of any kind and report said actions to necessary partners. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Shipping
U.S. Domestic Orders: 1-3 business days shipping time via USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders: 6-12 business days shipping time via USPS Priority Mail International. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers expense. Please note Lotus Looms is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. Orders are considered FINAL SALE(excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
General:
- Lotus Looms guarantees the delivery of any order.
- Lotus Looms is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
- Lotus Looms cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
- Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be precessed and shipped.
Sales & Product launches
Lotus Looms experiences large volumes of orders during our sales and seasonal product launches. Due to the large volume of orders and you can expect:
- Customer service emails to be answered and resolved within 24hrs.
- Orders to ship with in 2-4 business days.
- Any purchased item on sale are final sale and therefore not eligible for exchange/return. This excludes shipping discount sales.
- Having a product held in your shopping cart does not guarantee you'll secure your purchase.
- Refunds only on manufacture defect items
- WildBird reserves the right to refund any purchase
- We will not be refunding anyone for the sales price of a sling if purchased before the time of the sale.
Additional Information
Lotus Looms reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Lotus Looms has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
All sale purchases are final sale.
Washing and Care
Our ring slings and wraps come to you in loom state, so we recommend that you wash before your first use on cold using color safe detergent no optical brighteners, softeners or bleaches. Tumble dry on low/no heat/delicate settings. Steam iron your wrap or ring sling after washing to prevent creasing. Fold or roll when not in use, and keep in a dry place.
Return/Exchange Policy
U.S DOMESTIC ORDERS: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your carrier (domestic orders only). Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original packaging materials (including labelled bag, instructional booklets, etc.). In the case of a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Email: lotuslooms@gmail.com with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and add your name and order number to the email body. Order number can be found in your initial email receipt. In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made. Refund will be given once item is received by Lotus Looms. Lotus Looms is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Fabric Disclaimer
Lotus Looms 100% organic cotton are all natural woven fibers. You may notice nubs (A lump, or thick place in the yarn of a woven wrap that occurs commonly in the weaving process) or other cosmetic changes throughout the fabric and the design. These accents are purely cosmetic and do not affect safety. They are part of the texture and beautify the fabrics we use.

Lotus Looms is not responsible for any injuries or death that occurs while using the carriers. Please learn and follow our tutorials and safety tips. Please use common sense before and while using the carrier. If you see any defects or abnormal wear and tear, please inform us immediately at lotuslooms@gmail.com.

Sling should not be worn:
- In any situations involving water
- Rigorous hiking, climbing, running or playing sports
- Riding bikes, motorcycles, vehicles or any moving object
